The Company

C2FO helps manufacturers & suppliers to grow their businesses by way of providing working capital that has historically not been available to them. They do this by collateralizing the AR of the manufacturer / supplier, and working directly with the distributor (i.e. Walmart, Target, etc.) and creditors to get cash back to the manufacturer / supplier faster than previously provided.

The Role‍

The Sr. Market Operations Manager serves as the portfolio manager to C2FO clients (buyers of AR), ensuring they are maximizing their return on their cash. This involves tight collaboration with several cross-functional teams to design and enact the most effective strategies while balancing complex, time-sensitive analysis to ensure success.

Add value to buyer's (clients) organizations by identifying cash optimization strategies through the C2FO marketplace
Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to enhance internal processes to drive account growth
Influence client decisions to negotiate win-win solutions

Compensation

KBS expects all-in comp will be $95k to $105k + equity depending upon experience

The Sr. Market Operations Manager serves as the portfolio manager to our clients (buyers), ensuring we are maximizing the return on their cash. This involves tight collaboration with several cross-functional teams to design and enact the most effective strategies while balancing complex, time-sensitive financial analysis to ensure their success. Job Responsibilities

Managing cash and yield strategies for assigned C2FO programs
Monitoring the performance of the markets and technical processes
Influencing client decisions to negotiate win-win solutions
Analyzing complex program data to drive optimizations and/or solve problems
Preparing and presenting internal and external reporting/analytics to drive strategy
Collaborating effectively with various cross-functional teams globally to ensure seamless implementation and effective ongoing account growth
Collaborate on the design of our internal toolsets and broader product enhancements to make our day-to-day processes more efficient
Supporting, when required, C2FO markets and/or teams around the world
Creating enterprise client business cases and ad hod analysis

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, finance, economics, mathematics or similar field of study
At least 3-6 yrs of experience in banking, treasury, investments/portfolio analysis or corporate finance/accounting
Strong communication (written and verbal) abilities
Analytical and proficient with excel skills
Exceptional attention to detail
History of highly ethical behavior
Ability to work independently without considerable supervision
Highly motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication ability
Ability to be detail oriented, highly organized and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Flexibility in work assignments and a willingness to assume new responsibilities
