The Analyst serves as a key member of the deal team. The Analyst will be given significant responsibility and will receive client exposure, deal experience, and an understanding of transaction structures.

• Preparation of new business presentations
• Business research
• Valuation analysis
• Improving the quality and timeliness of all client-related work
• Preparation of Confidential Offering Memoranda
• Spreadsheet, business plan, budget and forecast preparation and analysis

• Desire for transactional work. Handling deals is delicate and time-sensitive. If you are not motivated to spend the time and energy required to handle transaction work, you will not be a good fit. There will be times of intense work needs.
• Desire to learn. There will be an accelerated amount of 'on-the-job' learning required. You will not be prepared day 1 for this role, but you will quickly acquire the skills and comfort needed if you are purposeful about learning and getting better.
• Professionalism. You will have direct client interactions (buy-side and sell-side). Our clients, and targets, are making large personal and professional investments through our team. You must maintain a high-level of professionalism throughout transaction work that can spur clients and targets to bring emotion.  
• Strong undergraduate academic performance
• Background in accounting, finance, or economics preferred, but not required
• Strong writing skills
• Ability to work a demanding schedule Highly motivated, with a strong desire to be the "best of the best"
