As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing accounting & finance activities, internal controls, key admin functions, and will help build financial processes, reporting, and systems that match the recent growth stage of the business. 

The CFO will work directly across the leadership team to optimize management reporting for better insight into the business and is responsible for monthly closing of financials. Additionally, the role is responsible for overseeing the development of the operating financial plan on a yearly basis and the ongoing assessment of the performance of the company vs historical benchmarks and the current annual plan or forecast. 

The role is also an integral member of the company's leadership team and as such is directly involved in both the short-term (annual) and longer-term (3-year) planning for the business.

• Provide financial and operational counsel to the CEO.
• Manage a team of 10+ (and continue building the right team)
• Streamline finance & acctg operations to match the growing size of the business. Including but not limited to... financial performance reporting and oversight of reporting to management & lenders.
• Strategic & operational planning oversight: plan, direct and execute the creation of the operational and financial plan for the business and assessment of performance against those goals.
