eGateway Capital's M&A Advisory team is seeking an Associate in its Cincinnati headquarters to support its senior deal members throughout a variety of projects and engagements. This will include developing pitch materials, assisting in building financial and valuation models, identifying buyers / acquisition targets, managing due diligence, and conducting market research. The Analyst will gain significant client exposure and play an integral role in executing M&A transactions. The role also provides a unique opportunity to interact directly with senior members, the eGateway Capital leadership team, and other experts in the eCommerce ecosystem. eGateway's mission is to provide a differentiated value-add to our clients and our culture is paramount to how we execute that mission. We operate as a small, dynamic team and are seeking a motivated Analyst with excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. The Analyst role provides an opportunity to become part of a truly entrepreneurial firm. • Build financial models and conduct valuation analyses
• Produce pitch and marketing materials
• Assist in the development of confidential information memoranda
• Research and identify potential buyers and acquisition targets
• Conduct industry, market, and company-specific research
• Participate in business development and client facing engagements
• Preparing and maintaining data rooms and firm CRM
• Support M&A transaction execution

• 1-3 years of M&A or business valuation experience at a leading investment banking, M&A advisory firm, accounting firm or business valuation firm
• A record of leadership and high academic achievement
• Passion for eCommerce and the role it plays in society
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Ability to demonstrate deep understanding of financial statements and analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Pitchbook, and DealCloud
• Attention to detail, initiative, organization, and enthusiasm
• Desire and motivation for working on dynamic, collaborative teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and perform under deadline pressure
