Our Director of FP&A leads the FP&A processes of the company, with financial insight, long-term planning, and business strategy. This role will also be responsible for guiding, developing, and supporting our team of financial analysts, to provide Excel with FP&A best practices, and overall process optimization. This role is a critical partner towards ensuring effective financial decisions, drive the growth of the business. This role is an experienced team player/coach, that will both lead and support the various FP&A department objectives.

• Owns company budget and forecasting processes, including at the corporate level and club levels.
• Supports the CFO and other senior executives with financial reporting, business modeling, and decision analysis.
• Leads and provides professional development, and guidance for FP&A team members.
• Accountable for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Supports and enhances company ability to measure and manage performance to drive top and bottom-line growth.
• Collaborates with all departments to analyze business trends and derive insights to inform and support effective financial decisions.
• Creates meaningful, and actionable data analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Offers recommendations and solutions based on analysis and findings, as well as strategic plans and goals, to the executive leadership team.
• Prepares financial presentation materials for senior management and board members, as needed.
• Designs, creates and/or enhances analytical tools, formats, and reports, that will improve and create efficient solutions.
• Additional general support may be requested, and other duties may be assigned.

• BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting required, MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of FP&A work experience with a commercial focus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles.
• Experience managing, guiding, and developing FP&A team members.
• Strong familiarity and experience with multi-unit financial management.
• Advanced Excel skills & database management required.
• Prior M&A experience, including analyzing and evaluating potential acquisition targets and post-acquisition integration strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of market and operational analytic, with the ability to apply data towards business decisions.
• Exceptionally analytical, technology savvy, and focused on problem solving.
• Multi-unit and/or franchise experience strongly preferred.
• Must be able to successfully manage competing priorities.
• Practices the utmost confidentiality.
• Must be able to successfully partner with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
• Prior use of Adaptive Insights or other budgeting and planning platform strongly preferred.
