Firm Operations  

• Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement  
• Ensure sure monthly billing is sent to clients timely and accurately
• Review client profitability
• Supervise administrative team    
• Implement and manage CRM, which includes user-related training for key stakeholders
• Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement          

Client Accounting Services

• Build a team to support service-line growth    
• Develop recruiting and training strategy to scale team    
• Identify processes to cross-sell CAS services among tax and accounting clients    
• Monitor key metrics and ensure profitably        

Team Development    

• Ensure effective recruiting and onboarding
• Develop a career progression program for all staff levels    
• Support and/or provide training as necessary
• Develop and manage CPE training schedule that complements each individual's career level and progression plan    
• Develop, execute, and nurture a firm-wide mentoring program
• Manage internal teams to ensure quarterly assessment and performance reviews and feedback occur as scheduled 

• You'll need at least eight-plus years of professional experience in a management role , preferably in the accounting or financial services profession.
• This new position will allow you to help set the tone for our firm's future, which is why you'll also need to be motivated and committed, bring a visionary mindset to the table that embraces new trends and practices, and offer proficient and professional strategy and support to our team so they can support our clients.
