This position will play an essential role in determining which assets the company develops and acquires. The company plans to invest in 2-8 assets per year and grow the total portfolio to >20 assets within 5 years, and >50 assets within 10 years. The company generates revenue based on recurring fees (development, acquisition, and management fees), capital appreciation, and promoted interest fees.
Role Highlights
The Real Estate Financial Analyst/Associate will be responsible for completing financial analysis, organizational tasks, and detailed due diligence needed to identify and acquire existing properties and new developments.
Grayson Capital is looking for a candidate with two to five years of relevant work experience who has a desire to pursue a long-term career in real estate investment and development; and has strong quantitative analysis skills. Most of the work will be done with Excel models to help the team make data-driven decisions. The Real Estate Financial Analyst/Associate position affords direct participation in the deal structuring process, as well as the opportunity to work cross-functionally with other team members of the company. Prior relevant work experience will help the candidate dive in efficiently and effectively in order to expand the role quickly.
