Job Description

You'll serve as a central contributor on every transaction. Through ongoing client interaction, lead teams with extensive junior-senior collaboration, and best-in-class deals, you'll develop critical skills and expertise.

Job Responsibilities

Manage the preparation of company valuations and financial models
Oversee the development of prospecting and diligence, including presentations and market research
Directly collaborate with target teams and third parties throughout diligence, funding and close

Job Requirements

2+ years in prior investment banking or investment banking-like role
Intelligence, demonstrated leadership ability, attention to detail, ability to work in teams and a commitment to excellence
Candidates must also display excellent client relationship skills and an ability to learn in a fast-paced, challenging environment
