The FP&A Manager will report directly to the CFO and be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to the organization, as well as leading the development of the company's business intelligence strategy. This individual will work directly with our Orthopedic surgeons and clinic owners by guiding, educating, professionalizing and standardizing the financial function through the following key responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Develop and maintain the company's financial models, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
• Work closely with department heads to develop and monitor performance metrics
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for executive leadership
  

Business Intelligence:

• Lead the development of the company's business intelligence strategy, including data governance, data integration, and data visualization
• Design and implement dashboards and reports to support business decisions
• Develop and maintain data models to support reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with IT to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Experience within the healthcare industry required
• Experience interfacing directly with physicians is highly desired
• Experience in business intelligence and data analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
