The Senior Finance Associate will work with senior members of the firm, as well as senior leadership with the portfolio companies, to execute upon portfolio growth opportunities, work with portfolio management teams to guide strategy, execution and monitor performance. This role will work with external and internal resources to identify financial & operational growth opportunities, build strategy and tactical plans, and help to execute upon those plans.

Lead all aspects of portfolio company 'CFO' functions including but not limited to;

• financial analysis / FP&A and modeling,
• governance,
• accounting & financial reporting process,
• KPI architecture & reporting,
• and executive / sponsor / board-level reporting.

The position will partner with management teams of existing portfolio companies to guide business strategy and monitor performance, & help to execute acquisitions on behalf of the portfolio companies. The Senior Associate will drive a high-performance culture by fostering innovation, customer focus, personal accountability and commitment for results.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or equivalent required.
• MBA preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years of pre-MBA experience: to include exposure in growth equity / private equity and/or an investment bank or management consulting firm is preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of professional and academic performance.
• Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, comprehension and problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to build LBO model.
• Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, drive high performance and champion culture.
