Position Purpose:  The analyst will rotate across different business lines learning nuances of agricultural markets and how those commodities are traded, moved and financed. The analyst will initially be responsible for trade entry, risk reporting, and general trade assistance. Analysts will be challenged to advance quickly and join a business line as a revenue generator. To excel within the organization, the analyst will need to be highly analytical and apply quantitative reasoning to think about commodity valuation and risk management. Additionally, as a part of a new and growing business, the analyst will have to learn to communicate effectively within the organization and with customers. Responsibilities may vary widely depending on rotation and the Analyst's aptitude.

This position can be based in Seattle, Kansas City, Omaha or Des Moines.
