We have an opening for an Operations Associate. The primary function of this role is to assist with the operations around monitoring and supporting Tercera's investments in cloud services businesses. • Portfolio reporting
• Define the best tool to collect and report on key financial and operational metrics across our portfolio companies
• Manage the ongoing process of metric and data collection including onboarding new portfolio companies into the process, ensuring ongoing receipt of data, and distributing data and analysis to key stakeholders
• Review and analyze data to identify key trends and areas of potential concern in attaining business plans.
• Offer recommendations as required Manage the quarterly portfolio review process; build and create dashboard reports
• Industry benchmarking
• Lead effort to define, collect, store and analyze key financial and operational metrics and data elements to be used to influence investment process and advise portfolio companies
• IT support & administration
• Act as the SFDC system administrator, building and running SFDC reports and ensuring SFDC data is current and complete
• Support implementation of new tools and systems, including Okta
• Manage IT onboarding of team members, partners and advisors
• Manage storage quality and clarity across Box and G-drive in alignment with defined guidelines Advisor & Portfolio Management Program Support
• Support ongoing communications with Advisor and Portfolio community
• Assist in the creation of advisory playbooks and content

• Interest in learning about and supporting early-stage IT services businesses

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build trust with other team members as well as founders, advisors, and capital partners
• Self-motivated with the demonstrated ability to multi-task and think creatively; ability to manage projects
• Proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation software, understanding of both Google and Microsoft software preferred but not required
• 3-5 years of experience in operations or finance in the investment or IT services space preferred
• Solid understanding of data and metrics; some understanding of business financials preferred; aptitude for analyzing data
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools; experience administering systems (ideally including Salesforce) preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred but not required Ability to work remotely
